Messages include campaign news and updates, event invitations and reminders, volunteer requests, and requests for contributions. Messages may be sent using autodialed or otherwise automated methods.
You join the program by entering your mobile phone number on a form on clevelandforindiana.com — for example, the volunteer form — and submitting it. The disclosure shown with that form tells you what you are agreeing to. You may also be added if you give your number to a campaign volunteer or staff member and agree to be contacted by text. Providing a mobile number is optional; you can use our forms without one.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply, according to the plan you have with your wireless carrier. Cleveland for Indiana does not charge you for these messages.
Reply STOP to any message from us at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which we will send no further messages unless you opt in again. You may also email contact@clevelandforindiana.com to be removed.
